When an employee asks you that question, it is a good thing but it might be question you hadn’t directly answered before. This happened last week at our office and Sales Manager, Robert Scott, thought we ought to have a direct answer to this question – a mantra or internal drive to be a better organization.
“There is a simple reason why “services” is in the company name of Atlantic Forklift Services – we are a service focused company that wants to be the first one you think of when you need material handling equipment, repairs, parts and accessories. Think about your current equipment service provider and ask these questions:
- Do they ask how they can help with preventative maintenance?
- Do they point out safety concerns with your equipment or facility?
- Do they send follow up surveys to get your true opinions?
- Do they provide you with electronic work orders immediately after the work is completed?
- Do you receive invoices within 24 hours after work is performed?
- How often do you hear from the salesperson to just check in – not trying to sell or quote you anything?
- Do they have service in their name?
If you answered no to any of those questions, you aren’t getting the best team to handle your material handling needs.
With no obligations, Atlantic Forklift Services would be happy to discuss different options to providing the best solutions for your organization. If you have questions or would like to schedule a meeting, contact Robert at 704-816-8960 or email him at rscott@air-components.com.
